Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your 3DonApp account and associated data at any time. There are two ways:

Option 1 — In the app (recommended)

  1. Open 3DonApp and sign in.
  2. Go to the Me tab.
  3. Tap Delete account at the bottom.
  4. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Option 2 — By email

Send an email from your registered email address to admin@3donweb.com with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify and process your request within 7 business days.

What is deleted

What may be retained

Transaction records required for accounting, tax or legal compliance may be retained for the period required by law, in a form no longer linked to your profile. These contain no sign-in credentials.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
